You can't enable both Xmas presents and Eastereggs.
Currently the default is Xmas presents.

You just load the map you want to add spawnpoints to and go into play or in spectator mode.
Go to the position you want to create a spawnpoint, then type this in console and press enter:
amx_addpresentspawnpoint
