And i think there is a typo in the installation guide:

the right path schould be "addons/
metamod/cssdm/bin/cssdm_mm"
BTW, i've renamed GameInfo.txt in GameInfo.txt.mms and made the BAT script (see in other posts) to start the server, without this, metamod doesn't work..
