I dont understand my shconfig.cfg is a program. i dont understand if you want me to go into
a the folder where it is located and write it in superhero. i see the shconfig.cfg but if i click on it it says

Windows cannot open this file:

File: shconfig.cfg

to open this file windows needs to know what program created it. Windows
can go online and look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of
programs on your computer
