There is really no point with 60.9? Why not make it a even 100, since it's still instant kill since most heroes have such low health, but as far as I know, some of its stats, such as health and speed and such will be overide by other heroes. Like master chief have a tendency of overiding all Armors by other heroes and replace it with its own. But they are right, you should make a mdl for it since it is a high lvl hero with such excessive cvars. Other than that, not bad.
