Description

• since the compatibility of my restart empty server plugin is not perfect, I deviced to provide this plugin. It can load custom commands on server empty.

Configs installation

• create a file named load_command_on_empty.txt at sourcemod/data/, put commands into each line of the file. if you changed the "path" cvar, you have to change the file name or path too!
