Massive update to configuration files.

- Updated all the Game Modes cfg/War3Source*.cfg files (ALL 880 lines) for War3Source configuration

- Very few (2 or 3) modifications to some War3Source Convar names. On this update, you'll need to compare your configuration file to this one OR look at the changes made to the github. You will want to update the War3Source.smx plugin engine along with this update. It's usually best, overall to update all the plugins.
