You can enable MessageBot's debug mode with
PHP Code:
sm_calladmin_steam_debug "1"
which might give some more information.
Accelerator can be useful to investigate crashes.
Unfortunately the CallAdmin client and MessageBot extension are dordnungs's territory and I'm not sure if he has time to investigate and potentially fix this.
