This will automatically make a list if no file is found for express deployment. It optionally can be triggered to work on humans who sometimes show up with problematic NON-UTF8 char in their names. If it finds any of the *evil symbols*, script replaces the name with one on bot list. When clients connect with the duplicate name or non-utf8 it renames them.
