Just same as you did on previous Yell ability (deafened effects) expect Tank doesn't yell at all. Making survivors can't heard just like same happen when survivor is near explosive.
with Range, Interval, Cooldown and maybe Tank Claw/Rock hits can also affect too if possible.

Btw this is my suggestion for other ability but about "Quiet" ability can you also remove Tank's footsteps sound too? Making it more sneaky and even harder to tell where they coming from especially when survivors hiding inside building.
