I'm also trying to tweak the special infected respawn in coop mode. Currently I run this here:
director_special_initial_spawn_delay_min 17
director_special_initial_spawn_delay_max 30
director_special_initial_spawn_delay_max_extr a 60
director_special_respawn_interval 17

I could not find any info on google. Do I even need all those?
