My SM 1.11 6863, I have installed DHooks, the Recommended part (SM 1.11 6820 or above included DHooks but it missing some component, so I copied the missing part to SM) then install Mutant Tank. I changed the value in mutant_tanks.cfg to 1 but nothing happen sir
