Come on, I'll try to be more clear.
CSGO has its own spray command:
This command opens the CSGO graffiti menu and you can use the graffiti you bought in the steam market.

Now the question would be, is it possible to implement in your plugin the option that when the player uses CSGO commands to open the graffiti menu it automatically uses a plugin spray.
If the player has not chosen any spray it would open the spray menu for him.
