Just a silly little plugin that takes the person calling a "kick / returntolobby / changealltalk" vote and replaces it with a kick vote against the person who called the vote

basically this plugin was made because if someone calls a returntolobby or kick vote they do it to be toxic or troll so this throws it back at them

TODO:

- play a wav sound file to everyone when the kick happens (rochelle or zoey laugh.wav)
- handle when vote fails (it should never fail) because 1 vote is required
