So what I noticed.

If nobody is in the server and I switch the map manually through the console the map switches fine and it won't crash.
But if there is players in the server and any of those things happen: Map is done, rtv, adminmenu mapswitch and console.
It will sort of crash without any output and you have to 'retry' in the console to reconnect due the crash so you will be stuck on just 1 map.
