first pid is sh
second is sqproxy

sqproxy create /var/run/sqproxy.pid (or /tmp/sqproxy.pid) file with pid and check it before run. This protection do not allow run multiple instances of sqproxy on the same machine.

Your servers should be visible for any monitoring.
