It's a pretty "old (2 or 3 years?)" plugin from my old community. Someone asked me to fix another plugin but I prefer to release my old plugin.
It basically has 4 commands and nothing more.
sm_cablock <#UserID/Name>
Alternative:
sm_cablockoff <SteamID (example: STEAM_1:X:XXXXXX>)
and
sm_caunblock <#UserID/Name>
Alternative:
sm_caunblockoff <SteamID (example: STEAM_1:X:XXXXXX>)
