Last Stand update:
new mission file and update to the translation file.
*Copy campaign14.txt to your missions folder (left4dead2\missions).
*Copy l4d_campaign_manager.txt to your translations folder (left4dead2\missions).
Note: I didn't add the new survival maps, only the new campaign14 (Last Stand).
