I'm a fucking dumbass you know, thing is, i've got all my TTT phrases translated to Spanish (we made that manually) and i said to myself "Instead of replacing the translation, i'll use a website to check the differences betwen our translations and the new ones" so i used a website and i added the new things, seems like i'm fucking blind and i didn't see some things that you changed, so after checking that, and replacing my phrases.txt to yours, everything started to work correctly.
However, i'm still facing an issue with the Ion cannion, it crashes my server when you charge it and then you shoot, on my console logs it shows the next stuff which are weird,

I wonder if i need to put that sound on my download.cfg? (I ask this coz i thought that the TTT itself tries to download / precache TTT related stuff)
