i looked in many topics but I got quite confused about how to setup HLTV right.
As I understood you should have in your cstrike folder file called hltv.cfg but I don't have this file by default when I installed server + you need a launch script for HLTV.

I installed server with LinuxGsm there was no HLTV launch script for server and I couldn't find any launch script on the internet. Maybe someone can share a launch script for HLTV or link some thread with info how to setup this right? I'm using ubuntu 18.04.
