Can someone explain what !veto is for? And what these 2 settings change:

wm_veto_bo3				"1"	//Veto Style: 0 = Normal, 1 = New
wm_veto					"1"	//Veto Style: 0 = off, 1 = Bo1, 2 = Bo2, 3 = Bo3, 5 = Bo5
