Desription
- Now you can throw items to survivors from any distance (this does not mean that the survivor will pick up an item from 10 kilometers away)
- Also it will fix 1 not realistic bug

PHP Code:
sm_throw_restricted_slots - "5|0" <- Which slots doesnt allow to throw
sm_throw_velocity - "250.0" <- Throw velocity
