a) your items.txt is missing or on the wrong place
b) your items.txt has a wrong format
c) your items.txt is read&write protected?!
d) something else is wrong with your items.txt ;)

Original items.txt file, which comes in the plugin itself.
Problem solved, it would be a mistake in the same config, I looked better and found, thanks!
