The error would always be "Client X is not in the game."
Also a few other bugs:
1. If someone's currently idle, another dead player can still execute the !takeover command and try to take over the idle one. But what ends up happening is they get bumped to spectate mode.
2. I also notice clients are disconnecting randomly - no Steam logon, server crashes when I join mid-game. Not sure if they are related to this issue.
I am also using this in conjunction with L4Downtown and don't have any other plugins that mess with player counts.
