Have you set your steamid? What is your steamid and the IP address of the server? If you have any previously uploaded crash reports from the server, do you have the IDs of those?
EDIT: Nevermind, I found your steamid, and your previous crash reports - the server is clearly running RevEmu.
You literally have
an extension installed that hooks into RevEmu, why lie to us?
