For csgo wise I can't say if it would have a good player base as it was never completed etc. For the tf2 yes, but it's a gamemode i'm not up for sharing as it was specifically coded for a certain community.

There's also some one else out there with a Hidden gamemode for csgo it's some where on github and I don't know if it was ever finished.
