OK. Perhaps this is provided by your plugin, but when I change the volume of the sound in the menu, the volume changes only after changing the sound source. That is, if you look at the video there it is clear that I change the volume level but the volume does not change until I switch the music. And so every time. You must switch the melody to change the volume level. Turning off the melody occurs instantly

As far as I know there is no way to adjust this in real time, you must wait until the next sound.
