thats pretty easy...just unzip the newer hero mod zip. I dont know what file you are using but in your current plugin floder...the one you use with your current configs replace the old ones with these new ones from ur updated zip:

superheromodfile(NO_STEAM).amx
superheromodfile.amx
superheromodmysql(NO_STEAM).amx
superheromodmysql.amx
superheromodvault(NO_STEAM).amx
superheromodvault.amx

Superheromodvault.amx is the most common one used.

That should be pretty much it.
