L4DToolZ does not disable joining from lobby. I don't see why you would want to manually unreserve the lobby, but maybe make an SDKCall and get it done that way?
Left4Downtown2 may crash the server, but in my experience, it only happens once every 2-3 days. Keep in mind that Downtown patches plenty of functions and that will play a part when it comes to other plugins.

Ty for the suggestion, I actually managed to copy the pause part of the team switch panel, cus I didn't want another team management plugin when I got abm already. I had to let go left4downtown because it crashed too much on me, I had 5 crashes 2 days ago on accelerator page + it was lagging my server (I stated it in the l4dt2 thread already) I only used manual unreserve because I have no idea how exactly does the lobby work, I thought If it unreserves the server once it will be no more reservable from lobby until I restart the server or something
