I have use that Firefox plugin.
Anyway, you need export sqlite file to *.csv or else text file.
You maybe need also change some export setting... I can't test now.
When you have csv file or other, in phpMyAdmin import file

that plugin export table or content to sql file

After you have export table and content to SQL file.
In phpMyAdmin import:
Select SQL compatility mode:
MSSQL
