Using original "Deathmatch.zip" linked in the first post [version 0.13.8] is
not working.
Instead, using version 0.13.9 by nullb is working fine

Make sure you are using at least version 0.13.9.
Version 0.13.10 is also available and has some improvements, but needs
FollowCSGOServerGuidelines disabled.
