Good plugin but has some bugs.
Firstly disable it during a vote. It just looks crap as it switches between the two.
Second, the rebel count doesn't work particularly well. I got a count of 69 at one point.

iirc, the IsRebel function doesn't particularly work well. Might be fine but I seem to remember that.
