I can't help with that, as I have never seen this, a quick google links to
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2405418. If that doesn't work, then I'm really not sure. The fact that you have it with other plugins as-well is suspicious.

I can't sorry, I looked into it a bit when I was actively developing this plugin, but couldn't find anything helpful; but that was around a year ago or more, so I don't even remember the specifics.
