My servers are being crashed by a rival network not really sure why, I assume they just want more players. The crashes leave no trace in logs or accelerator until now, I got this log

Not sure if its related, but only one I have gotten after 15+ crashes, they just join and say "wanna see a trick" or some stupid junk like that... any help would be appreciated
