Providing or trusting in precompile binarys is not good/smart.
You don't know which code edits (may backdoors,...) are in the compiled plugin.
As a server operator compiling sourcecode(.sp) to binarys(.smx) is a
basic requirement and if you still don't know how to do it, you should learn it now.
