you don't need vpk's to put audio, but either replace the vpk with your own or put this in the sound folder following the same path as the vpk has to the sound folder "
player/survivor/voice/adawong"
that is where all the sounds should be also make sure you name the sound files you want to change correctly to the audio in the folder or edit the keyfile for the sounds of adawong.
