The custom player stats has stopped working on my windows l4d2 servers 6 of them

The plugin is is still working fine on my ubuntu l4d2 servers 14 of them
Can anyone please help me get this great plugin working on my windows servers
Ive tried different versions of MM & SM but still no luck
Ive tried re-compiling the .sp file
