First, why I tried to compile plugins is 'there is a problem with broken char', I mean broken languages except English. So, I modified backend part for support UTF-8.
And, I tried to compile Store 1.2 Final with SourceMod 1.7.3-git5283 but it didn't work.
also compile these plugins without modification doesn't work.

Other parts of Store 1.2 final (except loadouts) are same as these errors.
Please fix this issues.
