You need to change a memory setting on the webserver I can't remember what it's called at the moment but it's basically how much data it calls back or requests. If I remember I'll let you know if not hopefully someone else may know what I mean but I had the same issue.

Edit: In fact I think you should have an error log that creates automatically from the failed return, look in your files directories for something like error.log, the error is something like 'the request exceeds the limit of ###kb / mb' Trying hard to remember :-)
@Arrow768 This is caused by the initial page after signing in to calls all the results I believe so when there's a large number it takes ages to load. Great once it's loaded because it has the information already however when you have 37k that sign in process can take a while, a 'last connected' field would be great then we could eliminate any unused accounts.
