I think i've posted a light version of InfiniteRound somewhere. Actually I've removed cvarutil for a friend, let me search the plugin.
EDIT: Here (for AMX 1.8.3-dev)

That's said, crash is likely not related to cvarUtil. Did not try yet Orpheu with reHLDS.
