For those running a CSS 100tick server, you need to update Tickrate Enabler. You can do this manually by opening the .dll/.so in a text editor and changing all instances of
ServerGameDLL008 to
ServerGameDLL010. (There should only be one.)
Or if you're lazy you can just download
this
