Description:
Plugin automatically sets the country in chat / in scoreboard (clantag)

Requirements:
Sourcemod 1.7.X (compiled for this version) and higher

Settings:

ConVars

1. ChatTag - 1/0 set country_chat tag in chat
2. ClanTag - 1/0 set country_clan tag in scoreboard

Didn't working with chat_prefix (vip_prefix etc), messages will duplicated
