Well, I've been running servers for 10 years and know how to setup plugins but I'm still unable to get the colors to work on this plugin for my TF2 servers. I'm running SourceMod 1.73 Dev. and MM:S 1.10.6 Dev. I've read the posts and have tried what was already suggested with no luck.
I'm running Advertisements version .06 and have tried: the following:

The message displayed in chat is white text and is always the same:

Am I so retarded that I'm still missing something or do colors just not work?
