Just tell me that command please !! I also checked from wiki but still confused.
1. first I download steamCMD for windows, then I created a directory called HLDS in C:\ drive.
2. I extract steamcmd.rar in HLDS folder.
3. After that I opened command prompt and typed cd HLDS\steamcmd.exe (that time download was started)
4. Then login anonymous
5. app_update 90 -beta beta validate
[that time was showing error. (error app 90!) and HLDS size was 48.1 MB]
6. after that I manually download appmanifest_10.acf appmanifest_70.acf appmanifest_90.acf
7. again I start step 4 and 5
but still HLDS size 48 MB
