Changes (all downloads can be found on first post):

• Added ability for engineer bosses to erect buildings on subplugin. v1.05
• Subplugin now requires tf2items_giveweapon.inc & tf2attributes.inc if manually compiling.
• Added Nitori Kawashiro to take advantage of this ability as a death effect.
