Im not a coder but I assume if you removed the following from the .sp and then recompile it should remove the logs

PrintToServer("WAIT:L4D Players:(delay:%d/%d)", time, delay);
PrintToServer("WAIT:L4D Players:(spawn:%d/4)", count);
