Little late to this thread, but at least this one isn't as old as the other ones. I just started up another CS 1.6 server using the SH mod (located in Chicago, IL, USA). Haven't started advertising it since I literally just finished getting everything in there. If there's a movement to start up the mod again, I'd love to help out with the development of the mod, and creating custom heroes to share with others.
