Wrong.....
Knockback and pain shock free are two completely different things , never ever confuse them.
Knockback means when u get hit u will be pushed back
Pain shock free means, when u get shot u wont slow down, normally when u get hit and take damage u slow down for a little duration of time, Setting zombie pain shock free will not let them slow down when they are hit ;) (I recommend using pain shock free for any zombie server to be balanced out)
