Updated the plugin to v2.1.
Added the admin command sm_damagesound_test. Now you can test the damage sound without a second person/bot on your server.

m22b: I can't reproduce your problem, everything works fine on my servers.

painkiller: Sorry but on my servers everything works well, I've asked many players if they can hear the sound and they all say that it works. You can try to use sm_damagesound_test to test the sound on yourself.
