Entcontrol has a build-in-webserver-module - like apache etc.
It is possible the access these function from inside and outside the game.
These files know if the player is connected or not and if heīs an admin. With this functionality itīs possible to access entities from outside the game (firefox, chrom, ...). Or you could just open the menu ingame with the command sm_entcontrol_webinterface.
