I want to load a plugin, however, it worked every time, but today if im typing: sm_rcon rcon plugins load waky-jail (waky-jail = pluginname), i will get:

] sm_rcon rcon plugins load waky-jail
Socket connection failed (WSAEADDRNOTAVAIL)
Unable to connect to remote server (0.0.0.0:0)

can anyone help please ?
